Shop on the way in. This is what the regulars do. Right before you turn onto Fort Morgan Road you'll pass the big Gulf Shores stores — Rouses, a Walmart Supercenter, Publix. Do one proper shop, load the cooler, and you're set for the week. Don't forget coffee.
Have it delivered. After a long drive, nobody wants a grocery run. Our in-house grocery delivery service will shop for you and have it all waiting in the kitchen when you walk in — produce, meat, breakfast, paper towels, even a ready-to-go Low Country boil. It's the move if you're rolling in late or just want to save precious beach time.
Top up on the peninsula. Forgot the ketchup? Sassy Bass has a little market (and a fish counter worth a look), Dollar General covers a lot of the basics and great frozen dineers - Perfect for a gallon of milk — not the big weekly haul.
One thing we'll gently push: cook in a few nights. You've got a full kitchen, and fresh Gulf seafood off a local counter beat waiting an hour for a table on a Friday. That's half the reason to rent a house instead of a hotel room in the first place.
You're really not cut off
There's restaurants out here too — Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass, Jesse’s on the bay (our personal favorite), the Beach Club, Kiva Dunes — plus the old fort to wander and a marina if you want to fish.
